The enterprise is a leading international telecommunications vendor, providing innovative solutions for voice and core network services. Join the international Core Network team (10 members) and take on a vendor-facing role, supporting major mobile network operators in Austria in the operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of their Voice Core and IMS environments.
Was werde ich hier machen?
- Vendor Interface & Technical Support: Act as the technical representative for telecom operators and coordinate with internal Level 3 / R&D teams for issue resolution.
- Voice Core Operations & Maintenance: Operate and maintain IMS and voice core elements (e.g., CSCF, HSS/UDM, SBC, MGW, TAS) including VoLTE/VoNR services in virtualized environments.
- Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve voice service issues (e.g., SIP signaling, call setup failures, interconnect issues) to ensure high service availability.
- Signaling & Interconnect Analysis: Analyze SIP and legacy signaling (SS7/MAP/ISUP) and support roaming as well as inter-operator voice connectivity.
- Change Management & Service Quality: Perform system upgrades and configuration changes while monitoring KPIs and improving overall voice service performance.
Was sollte ich mitbringen?
- Education & Experience: Degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field, or relevant hands-on experience in telecom network environments.
- Voice Core Expertise: Solid experience with IMS / Voice Core technologies (e.g., VoLTE, SIP, SBC, CSCF, MGW, HSS).
- Signaling & Protocol Knowledge: Good understanding of SIP and ideally legacy signaling protocols such as SS7, MAP, or ISUP.
- Troubleshooting & Systems: Experience in analyzing voice service issues, working in incident-driven environments, and basic knowledge of Linux systems.
- Communication & Ownership: Strong communication skills in customer-facing and international environments, combined with a proactive mindset and high sense of responsibility
Gehaltsspanne und Benefits:
Unser Kunde bietet Ihnen ein monatliches Bruttogehalt von € 3.000,– bis € 5.000,– (14 x p.a. bezahlt), je nach konkreter Qualifikation und beruflicher Vorerfahrung.
